Fresh squeezed juice with electrolytes to drink before long flights

Before any International flight drinking these smoothies and drinks will help you acclimate much more quickly once you get to your destination.

Sitting on an International flight for hours passing the time away with movies, magazines and music so many times we forget to take in fluids. Did you know when you fly over 5 hours your body starts to react as if you were walking in the desert for hours? Your body is craving fluids! The time to start taking care of your body is a day or two before your flight with an intake of electrolytes. You can drink Gatorade or other store-bought drinks but why not prepare deliciously tasty ones at home. Here are some recipes to get you on your way before heading to the airport. A little warning, as good as these taste unfortunately you won’t pass through airport security with these beverages. Be smart, have your drink at home then make sure you drink plenty of water on your flight. You will feel wonderful and energetic when you arrive at your destination.
